Marketing assistant - full time (9 months maternity leave relief)

This exciting role services our family of businesses, and report to the Executive Manager Sales and Marketing.

This is a diverse and fast-paced role that would be ideal for someone who likes variety and is results-driven. Working in all areas of marketing, the successful applicant is ideally an all-rounder who has demonstrated experience and can hit the ground running.

Initially, the role offered is for nine months, however, there may be the opportunity to continue part-time.

It is essential you have/are:
• Marketing qualifications
• Demonstrated experience delivering campaigns across multiple channels
• Graphic design ability, creative flair and an eye for detail
• A strong understanding of digital marketing and social media
• Excellent written and inter-personal skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects, work quickly and under pressure
• Proven track record to deliver ROI within budgets
• The ability to work closely with managers to achieve marketing goals
• The drive to work in a small team and tackle projects autonomously
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Reliable, energetic, well presented
• A positive, self-motivated and proactive work ethic
• Sound computer skills
• A current drivers licence

Stirling Green Cafe (Port CBD) manager

We are currently seeking a passionate, experienced, energetic manager for our Stirling Green Cafes at Sovereign Hills and Port MacquariE CBD. 

This role is a full-time position and involves early starts, closes and weekend work.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful applicant must have:

  • Certificate III in food processing or a related discipline (mandatory)
  • Certificate IV in Frontline management or previous managerial experience in a hospitality environment (desirable)
  • Barista experience
  • Great customer service skills and the ability to demonstrate these skills
  • A 'can do' attitude and a willingness to be proactive and make decisions that benefit the cafe, and Hastings Co-op in general
  • Ability to work unsupervised and be able to work weekends (essential)
  • Expectation of high business ethics and integrity, with a non-compromise approach to food safety standards
  • Ability to work as part of a small team

Casual delivery drivers/packers (2)

We are looking to employ two casual delivery drivers/packers to assist with our online grocery orders. Each position will be approximately 15-20 hrs per week.

Ideally you will have:
• Excellent customer service
• Class C drivers licence, with an excellent driving record
• Good knowledge of the local area
• Able to start immediately
