Traditional Feta

Hastings Valley Dairy's Feta is prepared from traditional recipes and methods which gives it that typical salty and tangy flavour that we have all come to love.

Packed and stored in brine with a solid and smooth texture, our Feta will taste heavenly crumbled over your salad, as a filling in your pastry, or even marinated in your own combination of olive oils, herbs and spices.

Available in: 200gm, 1kg, 2kg or 12kg tubs.

Storage Suggestions:

Store below 4°C. After opening, ensure that the feta is always kept in brine. If the brine needs to be topped up, use a 5% brine solution made from 1tsp salt per 100ml of water.
